We use the information we collect to identify you as a participant in the move2improve run. We require your email address in order to send you an registration form and to keep you updated during the running period, however we will not send marketing or promotional emails.

We will not share or sell your personal information with any individual or organization.
How long we store your information for.
The information we collect is stored for a period of 4 months from registration, after which it is permanently deleted.
Your right to erasure.
You can request at any time that we delete your information from our stored data. This can be requested through the ‘Contact Us’ page on the move2improve website
Terms & Conditions
Participants taking part in the move2improve virtual charity run are responsible for choosing safe routes to run and do this entirely on their own risk. Participants should take care around traffic and run in visible clothing. Move2improve and the project it supports accept no responsibility for any accidents or incurred during the race period.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants release move2improve and all partners involved from all claims connected with participation.

Donations are processed directly by our partner and we do not have any access to your personal information entered during the process.

We use the information we collect to identify you as a donor of the campaign. We require your email address in order to send you an email with a link and instructions, however we will not send marketing or promotional emails.

The information we collect is stored for a period of 4 months from request, after which it is permanently deleted.
